First Communion

At Sacred Heart, we joyfully welcome children in second grade to begin their preparation for First Holy Communion—a beautiful step in their journey of faith.

The Eucharist is the source and summit of our Catholic belief. Helping your child prepare for this sacrament is one of the most meaningful ways you can nurture their love for God and the Church.

We invite all parents of second graders to enroll their children in our First Communion preparation program. Through prayer, learning, and community, children will come to understand the gift of the Eucharist and the joy of receiving Jesus for the first time.
